It is also very difficult, very quick and is definitely good for your stomach muscles. Once you get the knack, it is a supremely entertaining way of keeping fit.

No clubs on the river actually focus on windsurfing, but its worth talking to people at the Burnham Sailing Club who will point you to local enthusiasts.
