Burnham on Crouch is a vibrant town.
With a population of around 8,000 (7,671 at the last census in 2011), there is plenty to do and see.
It boasts a traditional small-town High Street, three parks, a range of historic buildings, nine pubs, five yacht clubs and a wide range of shops and restaurants.
But its pièce de résistance is the River Crouch and the beautiful waterfront, the former a wonderful playground, the latter dotted with pubs and cafes, and a perfect place for an afternoon stroll.
There are pubs, cafes and restaurants and cafes off the High Street / Station Road too.
