There are plenty of ways to keep fit in Burnham.

The flat, rural landscape is ideal for walking, jogging and cycling.

There is a one-mile fitness trail in the Riverside Park, complete with exercise equipment, andd there are plenty of sporting activities.

Burnham Boot Camp

There are regular exercise classes in the Riverside Park run by the Burnham Boot Camp.

This group is about improving fitness levels by the river rather than in an air-conditioned gym.

Every session is run by Edward Sawkins, a fully-qualified level 3 personal trainer.

It is designed to offer a full body workout and is suitable for all fitness levels.
